i've found a few, but it's a bit expensive for such a plain dress.

i'm looking for a new one with budget below rm35 preferably.
i don't mind pre-loved as well, as long as it is in good condition, and my budget for a pre-loved dress is below rm25.
plain white dress in chiffon or cotton or any other cooling materials are much preferred!
